John took his time to listen and give his advise. Unlike many lenders we never felt pressured to make a deal. John took his time to explain every step.
She was very knowledgeable and always helpful
Several mistakes were made in closing documents. Also have to provide and reprovide several documents and banking statements. The whole process was harder than it needed to be.
