Ryan was prompt, extremely responsive to questions, helpful, and made the loan process extremely easy. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Title company Quick/Silva called 10/13 with an unknown and unexpected estate lien on said property. We had an potential closing on 10/18. No way this could have been resolved in 4 business days.. We ended up finally closing on 11/9. Our rate...
