Any time we had a question or an issue we would call him and 99% of the time he would pick up no matter the time or day. If he didn't answer he would message us telling us he was in a meeting or something and he will answer when he's done.

Todd was very attentive, always kept my husband and I in the loop of communication and was actually really helpful in getting us a great loan. We ran into a few hiccups which were out of everyone’s control and he handled everything quickly.
