At times before we were ready to close, the communication was very slow. Once we had a house under contract the communication was much better

Todd was great at explaining the process since we are first time home buyers. He will jump on the phone quickly to talk about any questions that we had. Very patient, very easy to talk to. Lower interest rate with no PMI helps too 😊
