Would have been better if I would have ended up with the deal I started with, not where I ended up. In the end the deal got done but it was not a painless experience (ok, maybe it wasn't intended to be) and I feel the entire communication process...

I'm sorry. Just stay away from this company. If you want a recommendation on other lenders who will work for you just let me know.
