Your staff was always courteous and very helpful and quick to respond to any of our issues or concerns: Even though buying a home is very stressful , Element Funding went way beyond to make it a good experience
Initially communication and explanation of process was lacking. Once our concerns were expressed, they were addressed, corrected and improved.
Eric is friendly, professional and just so good at his craft! I was in the hospital for a while during my purchase and he was very accommodating and made the process less stressful. I Highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
It was great because Marlene and Brad were there every time I needed a question. Both very nice and did really well throughout the entire process. They worked with me and were very flexible. Great people to work with!
