    Tozie defiantly went above and beyond with working the system to get me the best rate possible with keeping the refi cost low and getting PMI removed. He is surely the way to go if you are looking to do a refi!

    Tozie worked endless hours on my refinance. It took over six months and he did not give up. He kept on all the paperwork and made sure that I was current with all my bank statements. He was a big help.
