    Jaime felt more like a friend than anything. For a first time homebuyer I felt comfortable asking her a million questions and she always answered them in a way I could understand. So, so thankful for her!

    Communication is key for me. Jaime did an exceptional job via telephone, but email, the main source of communication, was subpar. There was never a running email chain, NEVER a subject line in emails, and the usage of email made for a frustrating...

    Chris said he would make sure he tried his best to get us the lowest rate, and he did. He pushed to help us close a day after our 3 day CD. And all of this while dealing with a family issue.
