Jeff took the time to answer any questions, was available when needed, and was prompt in both response and action. This is my second mortgage with him, but definitely won't be my last.
There have been too many repeated requests for feedback and communications unrelated to necessary steps in the transactions. Several changes came through without explanation, requiring us to reach out to understand why changes were made.
