Kent is very patient with us, and he always makes sure to answer any questions we have. He explains things on a level we can understand and don’t need a degree in order to understand what is happening in the process! He’s great!
He was always available when I had questions, he answered them all in a form to where I understood them. Also always ask was it anything I need from him and walk me thru certain things step by step.
Michelle is fabulous! She walked us through every step of the home buying process and made herself available anytime I or my husband called. With Michelle as our loan officer, I never worried or stressed about anything.
