Mellissa is wonderful at helping clients overcome obstacles and challenges should they arise. However, she is always prepared and problems ate not a common occurrence .

I thought it was a little difficult at first, as far as secured email. But after understanding it was like using a regular email so easy, and I am glad to use a secured process. Maybe a little more explaining for us oldtimers would have made...
