Communication was sparse. I love being able to do things online but sometimes a conversation is easier. There were long gaps in communication where I did not know what was going on.
Knowledgeable and easy to work with, made the loan process easy for us both times and for family that have also been helped by Nathan.
I was giving up on purchasing the home I wanted until Nate got ahold of me and helped me through the entire process. He communicated very well and was supportive the entire time.
