It did take longer than expected, and there was a few changes that could've been for seen. But all in all it was a good experience and would probably use it again just to keep things local.

The communication and explanations every time I had a question were always quickly answered
Before I worked with another loan officer, unfortunately, he has retired. I wish he were still there. Maybe he is a lazy person, maybe he doesn`t have enough knowledge, he doesn`t respond when you ask him questions, still he has my e-mails...
