Great customer service and communication
Overall, a good experience and the loan was completed successfully. The process itself went well. Communication could have been a bit more consistent, as updates were sometimes limited, but everything was handled professionally in the end.

Extreme lack of communication, entire process took much longer than normal. After it was finally completed, we continued to have problems as our loan was set up incorrectly.
