Matt made sure that everything went smooth. Even at the last minute when some debts were going to be paid, one was incorrect and he changed it to the correct one right away.

Tyson was awesome. I have no idea who matt Lancaster is. The thing that was a little frustrating was at closing i didn't know i had to pay with wire or cashiers check only. That led to us almost not getting the place.
