I did not hear of any issues and they closed on time.
We had a great experience because of Jim and Dave Hackworthy our realtor. I think everyone is part of the same office. They were patient and helpful, and got us to the finish line. I can't believe this actually happened!
I felt confortable asking questions and the they were extremely knowledgeable
Closed on time and communication was good!
The whole team was great at communicating has our best interest in mind .

Communicate and explain process and options
Be kind to customers.
provide the necessary closing documents on time instead of blaming the title company.
More competitive rate and finding out the night before closing while packing that we need a check for an amount we didn't know about caused some stress. Kyra cleared it up and resolved it for us.
The smooth transition to buying and closing on our new home !!!
