    I applied on March 9th. Settlement was yesterday, June 23rd. Precious little communication or effort was made to close my refi in a timely manner. I needed a different loan officer who cared about the little guy!!!

    Victoria made everything super easy, she was very responsive and she answered all of my questions even when they seemed basic/rudimetnary.

    My experience with Lorraine was great because she always returned my calls promptly and answered any questions I had very well. Also she was unfailingly cheerful. She enabled me to get the very low rate I hoped for.
