Jolayne Craig made a potentially stressful experience as easy and smooth as it could be. I appreciated her responsiveness and initiative.
Jolayne made herself available whenever my realtor or I reached out. Also, she phoned me early on to talk through the details of the mortgage -- which I appreciated.
Megan and her team were extermly helpful. I was traveling for work during the entire process but she was able to adapt to my changing schedule to make sure everything still got done
