The process was smooth overall. The only issue came about when there was confusion regarding switching the title company due to an unknown name change.

There definitely was some confusion on the two title companies and names changes/business takeover of that branch location. So glad everything was wonderful!
The communication was great, and the fact that he would call to follow-up on the task needed to be completed. He made the process seamless.

Mike was very helpful in getting the loan through underwriting and closing as close to our close date as it could possibly be. He was very active in the loan process and it was easy to reach him after hours, even when he was on vacation.
