It was a very frustrating and highly unprofessional experience. The staff need to learn how to listen to their customers and treat them with respect instead of being rude.
Andrew was great in every aspect of generating this loan and we got it done super fast. Super nice guy and super professional. I've already recommended him to a real estate broker. I won't hesitate to recommend him to friends in the future
