Refinancing was expensive, but maybe that's just me. And we had to close (sign documents) on 2 different days because a document was missed. But other than that, great.
Excellent communication through out the proces.

was extremely patient and willing to explain in detail what was necessary. I was fortunate to have a lot of help from younger family members but staff was very understanding and encouraging.
