I am a first time home buyer and Joanne made the whole process as stress free as possible. Joanne was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. She explained every step of the process and kept me up to date.

Tom went above and beyond the level of service I have seen from lender(s) in the past. Even with him being in Chicago he has a unique level of knowledge in the Grand Rapids area. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking to buy a home.

We all know buying/selling a home is stressful. Tom and Anderson make the mortgage side as easy on the buyer as possible. Everything communicated was super clear and responses were prompt! Would recommend 10/10
