    For my $155k purchase I had estimated my closing costs at $5600. The lenders paperwork showed more like $6500. At the closing my lender, Matt Skas of Peoples Home Equity/Daniel Andersen, had a big smile like someone waiting for you to open...

    Information was explained clearly. If I didn't understand something the lender took his time to explain. Always made himself available for any questions.

    This was our first house purchase so we were very nervous and we have heard a lot of horror stories with mortgage companies that last minute they could delay things because of incomplete paperwork but not this one! Our closing went super smooth...
