    Tom was on top of my refinance. Checking in with me and giving me next steps. I had a lot of hoops to jump through with the conditions on my loan and he was awesome the whole time.

    The quick responses made the process very easy. It was also very helpful to get emails and videos at each step to help explain what was happening.

    Tom and Kathy Cooper were very helpful and insured the process went smoothly. Tom was great as a sounding board for different ideas I had and both he and Kathy seemed personally involved at every srep in the process.
