Deepak tried to help as much as he can, He did help despite of some issues on his personal front. But the overall process took longer than expected and it made me miss the closing date 2 times.

Underwriting was extremely technical caused apparent delays and issues in the process of closing on another property from local bank.

Terry, was simply amazing ! I knew from the moment we met her that we would be in good hands ! I will recommend her as much as I can! She rocks
Our loan officer, Teresa Cabrera, did such an amazing job to ensure that my partner and I were able to secure our mortgage loan. She went above and beyond and truly made us feel like we were in the best of hands.
I'd say everything was great except for the loan rate. I also would have liked a document explaining the steps and what to expect overall and when. The closing speed was very, very, very fast! 17 days.
