My Amerisave team was great, really responsive. The process was really straightfoward. I did have issues with the title company but that's a separate issue. Even through that issue, my amerisave loan processor was really responsive and communicative....

The third party people that we had to deal with were a bit of a headache . They would always bring something else up that was on our title and it caused several delays in getting our loan closed .
