Accepting accountability when it came down to the "lateness" of closing disclosure being delivered to the buyer and causing the closing day being delayed by one day.

She was very professional and extremely helpful explaining things to guide you through the process. She was dependable and trustful! I feel fortunate to have worked with her.

We would have preferred advice on payment date before closing. We could have had another month to start payments. No one said anything about just one more day for closing would have meant.
