First time looking into getting a home so I didn't know what to expect. Did receive a lot of messages through out the day though. Which is a good and bad thing since she was keeping on track but at the same time felt overwhelming.
Eric went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answred. He helped us navigate the complex process all while having enthusiasm and incredible expertise.

Everyone was very friendly and answered all of our questions, but some of the communication toward the end was very confusing and there seemed to be places where wires got crossed or someone didnt get all of the information.
Eric was available, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our home buying process. We walked away feeling informed and like our loan and home matter greatly. We would 100% recommend Eric as a loan agent to anyone in the market.
