Great communication and everything was handled in a timely fashion.
The person who made it unpleasant was Justin Bonura. Any hiccup we had in the deal he would ignore it and treat it like the deal couldn't be done and ignore any attempts to resolve it in a timely manner. Basically putting it on the back burner....
