Luminate Bank, Minneapolis, MN

Anthony provides a great service with attention to detail, and was creative in structuring a financing package that was in our best interest. Easily reachable when needed.A great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Loan process was simple. The admin side was a lot of repeat questions and asks for info already provided or to ask for what was provided in a different format. Often times on phone call could have solved the issue.

Josh pulled through for me at the end and got me through the finish line. Made the overall process as smooth as can be.

Seamless experience with friendly support from start to finish

I was over seas the whole time up until day before closing. Quick and easy.

Everything was processed in a timely manner without delayes and very good communication

The overall experience from beginning to end was great. Ryan helped navigate us through out the entire process. For us first time buyers his expertise was invaluable.

Ryan and his team were very friendly, informative, and available throughout the entire process. They took additional time to work with my insurance agent directly to ensure everything was lined up to ensure a very smooth closing.
