A single point of contact would have made everything less confusing for me. I received multitudes of emails that were irrelevant or unnecessary. One person as a guide through the process would have been an improvement.
I was blindsided with a down payment 3 days before closing and then when arriving at closing my attorneys had all incorrect paperwork. Maybe taking the time to actually pay attention and care about clients would go a long way.
