The appraisal part was messed up. The appraiser kept leaving messages st corp and never called me directly. That delayed two weeks. Then the day of the appraisal, he was 45 minutes late.

Home loan process was fine. The sellers lied on their property disclosure statement though and now I have to put on a whole new roof and fix the foundation for about $45,000 that the sellers lied about and said that there was no water damage...
