Was a pleasure working with Andrew and his team, seamless communication the whole way and they saved me a ton of money on a refi. Promptly answered any questions I had with patience as this was my first home purchase.

Being a first time home buyer we understand how important it is to be communicative, so when we see a review like this it makes our day! Kind regards, The Andrew Marquis Team
Giuseppe and his team are great to work with. They provide great communication and made the process to refinance fast and easy.
Everyone in the office went out of their way to be professional, meeting deadlines, and made the whole loan process easy to do. I would highly recommend the Denver Home Loan Team!

Whenever I had a question I had an answer very quickly.
Giuseppe and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The process was so easy and simple. I used to be a mortgage lender and can’t stress enough how impressed I was by the simplicity of everything. Thanks so much guys!
This was my fourth time working with Giuseppe. There is no one I'd rather work with. He and his team move quickly, respond immediately and work hard to smooth out any bumps in the road. Always a positive experience.
It was such a pleasure to work with Victor Bals on this transaction. He was fast, accurate, efficient, and his communications skills were amazing. He kept me informed on the status of the mortgage, every step of the way.
Mike was incredibly helpful from beginning to end of the entire process. This is my first time buying a home and he walked me through every step of the way so that it wasn't such a stressful task to handle all myself.

For Reverse Mortgages: Charges such as an origination fee, mortgage insurance premiums, closing costs and/or servicing fees, if applicable, may be assessed and will be added to the loan balance. As long as you comply with the terms of the loan, you retain title until you sell or transfer the property and are responsible for paying property taxes, insurance, and maintenance. Failure to pay these amounts may cause the loan to become immediately due, subject the property to a tax lien, other encumbrance, or foreclosure. The loan balance grows over time and interest is added to that balance. Interest on a reverse mortgage is not deductible from income tax until repaid. Although the loan is non-recourse, at maturity the lender will have a claim against the property, and you or your heirs may need to sell the property or use other assets to repay the loan in order to retain the property.
