More frequent communication. Further home buying education. I wasn’t ready at all for my moved up closing date. It was closed 2 months in advance.
Excellent communication and detailed instruction of when to expect the next step.
I have worked with Giuseppe for years. Him and his Team are true profesionals. I love working with them and we always have great experiences. They are calm, caring and great with numbers!
We had a great experience. The whole team was informative and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and guided us through each step in the process of buying a home. Would highly recommend using them to anyone.

Ryan, thank you so much for the kind words, it was our pleasure to help you!
We felt like there was always open communication and the team always were able to answer our questions and did so promptly. They also broke everything down for us and made sure we understood each step in the process.
Giuseppe and his team worked quickly to ensure we could close on a quick timeline. I’m appreciative of the work that Giuseppe and his team did to make our home buying journey a success!
You guys did very well in keeping us informed of any paperwork or issues you had with it
Vic was great at communicating at explaining anything we had questions about. He was quick at responding and always answered when we called.
He was also super easy to talk to (and I have phone anxiety so that’s big for me!)
Same fantastic team and same fantastic result. Thank you for your attention to detail and your professionalism. I truly appreciate it.

For Reverse Mortgages: Charges such as an origination fee, mortgage insurance premiums, closing costs and/or servicing fees, if applicable, may be assessed and will be added to the loan balance. As long as you comply with the terms of the loan, you retain title until you sell or transfer the property and are responsible for paying property taxes, insurance, and maintenance. Failure to pay these amounts may cause the loan to become immediately due, subject the property to a tax lien, other encumbrance, or foreclosure. The loan balance grows over time and interest is added to that balance. Interest on a reverse mortgage is not deductible from income tax until repaid. Although the loan is non-recourse, at maturity the lender will have a claim against the property, and you or your heirs may need to sell the property or use other assets to repay the loan in order to retain the property.
