Colby did a great job.
Colby is amazing to work with. He is a great communicator and really knows how to keep the process as smooth as possible. I have now used him twice for loans and both times it was a solid experience.

Exceeded my expectations AND we were able to close early!
Colby actually cares about my outcomes. He doesn't overpromise and underdeliver. He just simply does what he says he will do and tries to help where he can.
I got like 100-150 calls everyday for a week after the credit check. If you could try and not sell the information after the check, it will be appreciated. Other than the spam marketing calls, everything else was great and Colby was super responsive....
