It would have helped immensely and gone smoother if I was able to get the final closing disclosure at least the day before closing so that I could obtain the certified check in a timely manner. This issue significantly delayed the closing

Cara was great in assisting us with the whole home-buying process. She quickly generated estimates for monthly costs, closing costs, down payments for several properties until we found the one we closed on. Would highly recommend!
