Better communication for those of us who never did anything like this before being more available outside of Clint (who can be abrasive but I like candor like that and doesn't bother me)

Clint was available and easy to communicat with. I would have like to had a better explanation of the process- this was missed which caused some delays. Overall it was a decent experice and I did not feel like I was taken advantage of.
