Clint was very helpful and patient in helping me get all my information submitted and approved
- The execution time was a bit lengthy
- I was promised no out of pocket cost to refinance...I had to pay at closing.
- The end of the month is approaching, I still do not know my payment effective date
Clint is very efficient with his paperwork and how he deals with clients and any issues that may arise.

Our mortgage was difficult and had more than a few bumps along the road. Despite all that CLint and his team stuck by us and things eventually came through. Very happy with the service.
I am happy with Clint, but not happy at all with underwriter. He was asking for detail information on my rental property which was not part of the loan and it took to long for loan process.
