ATTITUDE and a sense of wanting to fulfill your needs
They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion they assured me that the process will be taken care of as easily and smoothly as possible.
Just a little bit stressful for me at the end. But I was encouraged that a lot was in my favor to refinance. Nothing could have been done any different it was me who was afraid to take the step because of my age.
Working with great people's made our loan experience easy and affordable. I would recommend good leap to everyone
The emails were very confusing as far as what to just be reviewed and what needed to be signed
They were helpful and lead me through the process with ease
My experience was great because they explained everything I needed to do in a way that I understood. When doing things over the phone can be nerve wracking but they made the process from start to finish as easy process.
Clayton and his team need applying for a refinance super easy. Your communication skills are off the chart I have never had so much pleasure to deal with a group is super communication skills. I would most definitely highly recommend them.
