Clay’s team made the home buying process simple because I knew exactly what was expected of me every step of the way and they were very responsive to all my questions and concerns.
A few email updates during the transaction would have been appreciated. I had to call to find out how the home appraised, if the file had been approved from underwriting, and for the final clear to close.
Excellent service and timely responses throughout the entire process.
