Clark was always there to answer any questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering him or had a stupid question. He was always upfront with us, and a very up beat and happy person.
To say Clark and Nanette went over and above would be a huge understatement. They stepped up under really stressful circumstances and walked me through every step of the way!
After discussion we decided to lock our rate and we’re happy we did. The rate went up after we locked.
