The level of customer service Clarence has is unmatched. He makes things simple and is concerned with helping you as the homebuyer first and foremost.
The whole thing took place much quicker than I thought possible and there were no "hiccups" at any point in the process. I have bought several houses and done many refinances and this one was the smoothest I can remember!
Communication was not great and a couple of mistakes were made that delayed closing
