Easy process with an excellent LO l, CJ Boglin, and LP, Melissa.
I was never sure what next steps were, and the process took a very long time without getting updates. I had to call back several times, and reach out many times to get info on progression.
Towards the end there were delays in closing and finalizing the CD. The process took about a month longer than I we expected.
My issue was was the time it took to completion. I do not believe this was Silverton's fault, or CJ's fault. The Title company, seemed the culprit simply taking too long and then not sending me wire info until the day of closing.

CJ Boglin was a great help when things seemed to slow down.
CJ was very knowledgeable from the very beginning and very engaged. He was there for any questions throughout the process.
I enjoyed CJ, he was always pleasant to speak with and he is very intelligent. He knows more than just mortgages. He also tries to get to know you beyond numbers on paper. You can just tell he is a good person.
