Consistent communication. He always called back if we couldn’t reach him, and he fought for what we wanted.
CJ and team were very responsive.
The people! Everyone was courteous and responsive. Could have been a little better coordinated when handing off from one person/department to the next. But everyone was great to deal with.
CJ was great; as were the other team members. I always received quick and useful replies to queries. The rates and incentives were the best!
