When asked CJ, he always in touch with me. He informed me the status if the loan in timely manner.
My husband handled things so I really didnt participate in the process other than to provide documents as needed. I would say it would be much easier if you didnt have to continually prove your earnings repeatedly.
Communication wan non existent when it came to crunch time and due to lack of follow thru from him, I almost lost the contract. Had to deal with someone else for updates on my loan. I would not ever go back.
Easy process, mostly seemless
The re-fi experience was quick. CJ and Carolyn were helpful and communicated well.
