I could tell CJ truly cared about our experience, and was very clear and upfront about the whole process
CJ is always awesome, he follows up and will always get involved if I feel like the process is getting off track. Had some challenges this time but thanks to CJ I feel like things happened, even thought it was at the very last minute.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
CJ was available throughout the mortgage process from the application to the closing. He was easy to reach, and responded to questions or concerns along the way, including while we were closing. He made us very comfortable at every turn.
