I never recommend a lender that doesn’t close on time. This closed 2 weeks late. Chuck did a good job in the 2 weeks after the original closing date to keep the deal together, but unfortunately that’s too late in my book.

Didn’t close on time…..and then everything was rushed and super last minute. I hate when everything is down to the wire and no one has time to prepare….makes a very bad experience for everyone across the board.
