Turns out we had a complicated application and had some unusual situations. Chuck worked very hard and got the job done. He worked all kinds of hours, days, nights, weekends and was always very prompt in returning our emails.
Worked weekends, nights etc. to accommodate us. He went the extra mile all the way through the process. Very personable and respectful.
I prefer constant communication. Chuck was very clear and consistently updating me on every step of the process.
