    Great communication. Chuck goes out of his way to explain the process and offer insight. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll say so. I definitely felt that he was working in my best interests.

    Chuck was very helpful and gave me great insight for the deal I was trying to make happen. While he is not my current lender I would refer him to anyone. He is an honest loan officer.
