Lied to my face about knowing what the SCRA was, and then when I explained it to him he told me he does know what it is but does not follow it because he cannot make money if he does even though he is obligated to follow it. Then when I told...

Chris really took the time to explain everything to us prior to closing so we didn’t have any surprises.

Chris got this accomplished in a fraction of the time that the previous company that we were working with was doing. He is very very good at his job.
